The Faver Tract is located south of Route 632, Leveltown Road, north of Champlain in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 66 acres in size and consists mostly of loblolly pine sawtimber.
The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday September 12th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Faver Tract
