The Hubbard Tract located in Lunenburg County on Traffic Road, approximately .3 miles north of the South Meherrin River. The sale area consists of approximately 38 acres of 1991 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip and saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday April 4th, 2024, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Hubbard Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009.
