The Guthrie Tract is located .8 miles south of Plank Rd (SR 655) 3 miles west of the intersection with Oral Oaks Rd in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 121 acres of 1982 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip and saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Friday March 26th, 2024, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Guthrie Tract and mailed to F R M, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009.
