The Eppes Farm Tract is located in Sussex County on the north side of SR 649 (Woodyard Rd) approximately 4.7 miles south of Stony Creek, Va. The sale area consists of approximately 109 acres of pine plantation consisting primarily of pine sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened August 19th, at 10am at the Tract. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Eppes Farm Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
