The Holder McCall Tract is located at the end of Skelton Road, SR 702, approximately 3.1 miles southeast of Rehoboth in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 97 acres of 1983 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened WEDNESDAY February 26th, at 10am at the Lunenburg County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Russell Shelton Tract and mailed to FRM Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
