The James Bell Tract is located on New Grove Rd, SR 643, 4 miles southwest of Oral Oaks, in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 91 acres made up of three stands that are age 36 and older, and has mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday August 2nd, at 10am at the Lunenburg County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – James Bell Tract and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
