The Patterson Tract is located in Dinwiddie County on the west side of SR 644 (Depot Rd) approximately 3.8 miles north of McKinney, Va. The sale area consists of approximately 114 acres of a fairly even mix of pine pulwood, cns, and sawtimber, and some hardwood sawtimber and pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened August 10th, at 10am at the Dinwiddie County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Patterson Tract and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
