The Toddsbury Tract is located west of Route 628, Todd’s Bridge Road, west of Biscoe in King and Queen County. The sale area is approximately 59 acres in size and consists mostly of loblolly pine chip-n-saw and pulpwood.
The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday February 27th, at 11am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Toddsbury Tract
