The Cabiness Tract is located on the east side of Craig Mill Rd, SR 637, .5 miles east of the intersection with North Whittle Mill Road, SR 636, south of Kenbridge. The sale area consists of approximately 93 acres of plantation pine, with mostly pine cns and pine pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday November 13th, 2025, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Cabiness Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009. Bids may also be phoned to the office at 804-769-3948.
