The Russell Shelton Tract located on Hayshed Road (off of Skelton Rd, SR 702), approximately 3.1 miles southeast of Rehoboth in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 50 acres of 1992 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday October 13th, 2022, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mailed bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mailed bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Russell Shelton Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009. Bids may also be submitted by phone or text.
