The Roane Tract is located north of Route 198, Dutton Road near Cash in Gloucester County. The sale area is approximately 27 acres in size. The timber consists mostly of mixed hardwood sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday March 18th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Roane Tract
