The Wm. Haile Tract is located north of Route 631, Lloyds Road, near Champlain in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 29 acres in size and the primary products present are poplar, red oak, white oak and misc. hardwood sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday March 28th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Wm. Haile Tract
