The Beaver Pond Tract is located on the north side of Route 622, Minor Road, near Minor in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 46 acres in size and has sandy, well-drained soils. The primary product present is loblolly pine sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday February 21st, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Beaver Pond Tract
