Windmill Farm is located south of Moorefield Drive, east of Templeman in Westmoreland County. The sale area is approximately 31 acres in size and consists mostly of loblolly pine and poplar sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday October 2nd, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Windmill Farm
