The Polk Tract is located on Oral Oaks Road (SR 635), approximately 3.4 miles south of Plank Road (SR655) in Lunenburg County The sale area consists of approximately 122 acres of 1998 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday October 5th, 2023, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Polk Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009.
