The Holly Grove Tract is located north of Route 629, Stormont Road, near Stormont in Middlesex County. The sale area is approximately 24 acres and consists of a mixture of pine and hardwood products.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday January 20th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Holly Grove Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to John@frmva.com.
