The McCall Tract is located .4 miles south of the end of Irby Road (SR 672), near Loves Mill in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 111 acres of 1984 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday July 1st, 2021, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail or FAX bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – McCall Tract and mailed to F R M, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009. Bids may also be phoned to the office at 804-769-3948.
