Kalamazoo Farm is located off of Route 17, Tidewater Trail, near Montague in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 92 acres in size. The timber consists primarily of loblolly pine sawtimber and yellow poplar sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday May 6th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Kalamazoo Farm
