The Freeman Tract is located on the east side of SR 49 (Courthouse Rd) .5 miles north of the Court House in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 89 acres of 1976 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday May 13th, 2021, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail or FAX bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Freeman Tract and mailed to F R M, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009. Bids may also be phoned to the office at 804-769-3948.
