The Allen Butterworth Tract located on the south side of Mill Quarter Rd (SR 622) in Amelia County. The tract is about 1 mile east of Ammon and 6 miles north of Ford. The sale area consists of approximately 101 acres of plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and cns.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday May 27th, 2021, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail or FAX bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.
