The Zehmer Tract is located on Manson Church Road, SR 651, approximately 2 miles west of McKenney, in Dinwiddie County. The sale area consists of approximately 79 acres with mostly pine sawtimber

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday, May 23rd, at 10am at the Dinwiddie County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Zemher Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
