The Wallace Tract is located east of Route 608, Seals Road, north of Sparta in Caroline County. The sale area is approximately 23 acres in size and has well-drained soils. The primary products present are pine sawtimber, pine chip-n-saw, and pine pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday April 1th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Wallace Tract
