The LB Allen Tract is located south of Rehoboth Rd, SR 712, approximately .75 miles north west of Traffic in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 67 acres of plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday September 12th, at 10am at the Lunenburg County Courthouse. Mail and Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – LB Allen Tract and mailed to FRM Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com. Phone bids will be accepted at 804-690-3234, but must be received prior to 10am.
