The Hartley Tract is located in Sussex County on the west side of SR 649 (Woodyard Rd) approximately 4.7 miles south of Stony Creek, Va. The sale area consists of approximately 120 acres of pine planted in the early 1970's

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened December 12th, at 10am at the Sussex County Court House. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Hartley Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
