The Gwathmey Tract is located along the north and south side of Route 30 (King William Road), near Pollards Corner in King William County. The sale area is approximately 27 acres in size and consists primarily of pine sawtimber, chip-n-saw and pine pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday February 8th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Gwathmey Tract
