The Clarke Tract is located south of Route 618, Cappahosic Road, near Cappahosic in Gloucester County. The sale area is approximately 70 acres in size and has sandy well-drained soils. The timber consists of a mixture of pine sawtimber and mixed hardwood sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday, May 17th, at 10:00am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Clarke Tract
