A portion of the Ferguson Barnes Tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. The timber sale area is located east of Lewiston Plank Rd, SR 723, south of Burkeville, in Nottoway County, VA. The sale area is approximately 102 acres in size and consists of primarily pine sawtimber and pine chip-n-saw.

The timber is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday September 28th, at 10am on the tract. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Ferguson Barnes Tract. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mailed bids should be sent to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009.
