The Foster Tract is located on Worsham Rd, SR 630, 1 mile east of Worsham in Prince Edward County. The sale area consists of approximately 42 acres of plantation pine, with mostly pine pulpwood and chip and saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday November 7th, 2024, at the tract, Inc. Mail bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Foster Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009.
