The Hawthorne Tract is located on the west side of Plank Rd (SR 655) .8 miles south of the intersection with Wallace's Bridge Rd (SR 712) in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 69 acres of 1986 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip and saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday May 19th, 2022, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Hawthorne Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009.
