The Hall Tract is located south of Route 605, Harcum Road, near Harcum in Gloucester County. The sale area is approximately 66 acres in size. The timber consists mostly of mixed hardwood and pine sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday June 30th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Hall Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to John@frmva.com.
