The Previs Tract is located south of Route 632, Mount Olive Cohoke Road, at Lanesville in King William County. The sale area is approximately 26 acres in size. The timber consists mostly of loblolly pine chip-n-saw and pine pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday August 26th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Previs Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to John@frmva.com.
