The Moseley Holmes Wingold Tract is located on New Grove Rd (SR 643) 2 miles south of the intersection with Plank Rd (SR 655) in Lunenburg County. The sale are consists of approximately 89 acres predominately of 1986 plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday February 4th, 2021, at the office of FRM, Inc. Mail or FAX bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mail bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Moseley Holmes Wingold Tract and mailed to F R M, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy, Aylett, VA 23009.
