The Kemp Tract is located east of Routes 603 and 605, north of Gloucester Courthouse in Gloucester County. The sale area is approximately 45 acres. The timber primary consists of loblolly pine sawtimber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday July 8th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. It is being sold separately with the option to submit a combined bid for both the Kemp and Pinebrook tracts.
