The Bonner Tract is located east of Route 652, Signboard Road, south of Signboard in Caroline County. The sale area is approximately 108 acres in size and the timber consists primarily of oak and loblolly pine sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday October 21st, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Bonner Tract
