The River Farm Tract Parcels 2 & 3 are located in Greensville County on the west side of SR 630 (River Rd) just north of Jarratt, Va. The sale area consists of approximately 49 acres of mature pine/hardwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened August 6th, at 10am at the Public Boat Ramp on River Road. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – River Farm Tract Parcels 2 & 3 and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009.
