The Hawthorne Hardy Burnette Tract is located in Lunenburg County, VA on the west side of SR 622 (Mountain Rd), as shown on the attached sketch. The sale area consists of approximately 95 acres of 1975 pine plantations that have mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday, July 23rd, at 10am at the Office of Forest Resouces Management, Aylett, VA. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Hawthorne Hardy Burnette Tract and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
