The Norman Neblett Tract is located on Oral Oaks Road, SR 635, near the intersection of Oral Oaks Road and Plank Road (SR 655) in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 71 acres made up of two stands of plantation pine, with mostly pine saw timber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday April 25th, at 10am at the Lunenburg County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Norman Neblett Tract and mailed to FRM Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
