The Meadow Farm Tract is located north of Route 623, Beulah Church Road, west of Dunbrooke in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 49 acres in size and the primary products present are poplar, oak, and misc. hardwood sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday January 10th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Meadow Farm Tract
