The Lynnes Tract is located on both sides of Route 619, Owens Mill Road, in King and Queen County. The sale area is approximately 36 acres in size and has sandy, well-drained soils. The primary products present are loblolly pine sawtimber, chip-n-saw and pine pulpwood.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday January 31st, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Lynnes Tract
