The Lonnie Smith Tract is located south of Route 738, Old Ridge Road, east of Coatesville in Hanover County. The sale area is approximately 47 acres in size and the timber consists primarily of pine sawtimber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday November 7th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Lonnie Smith Tract
