Timber is offered for sale on a portion of the Leseur Tract, located on Spring Rd, SR 642, near Bremo Bluff, in Fluvanna County, Va. The sale area is approximately 86 acres in size and consists of primarily pine sawtimber in a 1980 thinned pine plantation.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid sale. Bids will be opened Thursday, February 28th, at 10:00am at the Fluvanna County Court House. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID – Leseur Tract. Mail, FAX or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date. Mailed bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Leseur and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond-Tappahannock Highway, Suite 200, Aylett, Virginia 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to Bill Pownall.
