The Hutchinson Tract is located on the north and south side of Route 650, Hickory Hill Road, west of Dunbrooke in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 51 acres in size and the primary products present are loblolly pine sawtimber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday January 10th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Hutchinson Tract
