The Haile Tract is located west of Route 622, Latanes Mill Road, north of Minor in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 47 acres in size and has well-drained soils. The primary products present are loblolly pine sawtimber and pine chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday March 21st, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Haile Tract
