The Warner Tract is located east of Route 622, Latanes Mill Road, 1.2 miles north of Minor in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 83 acres in size and has sandy, well-drained soils. The timber consists primarily of loblolly pine sawtimber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday March 8th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Warner Tract
