The Saunders Tract is located on Newcomb Bridge Rd, SR 632, north of Five Forks, in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 104 acres of 1978 pine plantation that has mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday June 7th, at 10am at the Lunenburg County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Saunders Tract and mailed to Forest Resources Management, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
