The Rouzie Tract is located north of Route 721, Newtown Road, one mile west of Newtown in King and Queen County. The sale area is approximately 55 acres in size and consists primarily of pine sawtimber and chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Friday May 4th, at 1:00pm at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Rouzie Tract
