The Oak Shade Tract is located west of Route 650, Smithfield School Road, north of Oak Shade in King and Queen County. The sale area is approximately 117 acres in size and has well-drained soils. The timber consists of a mixture of pine and mixed hardwood products.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday June 14th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Oak Shade Tract
