The Mt. Pleasant Tract is located on the south side of Route 654 (Rectory Road), near Loretto in Essex County. The sale area is approximately 56 acres in size and the timber consists primarily of oak, poplar and loblolly pine sawtimber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday November 29th, at 10am at the office of Forest Resources Management. Bids should be marked: SEALED BID - Mt Pleasant Tract
