The JD Catlett tract, located south of Deer Ln, SR 694, near Fork Union, in Fluvanna County, VA is being offered for sealed bid sale. The sale comprises all merchantable timber on 95 acres of 1984 loblolly pine plantation. This tract is primarily composed of medium pine sized sawtimber and pine chip-n-saw.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday February 8th, at 10am on the tract. Mail, FAX or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.
