The Hamlett Tract is located on Sheltons Road, SR 694, approximately 1.75 miles east of Plantersville in Lunenburg County. The sale area consists of approximately 55 acres of 1976 pine plantation that has mostly pine saw timber.

The tract is being offered as a clearcut by sealed bid. Bids will be opened Thursday December 20th, at 10am at the Lunenburg County Courthouse. Mail, FAX, or Email bids will be accepted but must be received prior to bid date.  Mailed bids should be marked:  SEALED BID – Hamlett Tract and mailed to FRM, Inc., 7840 Richmond Tappahannock Hwy Suite 200, Aylett, VA 23009. Phone bids will also be accepted but must be received prior to 10am. Email bids can be sent to bill@frmva.com.
